Special Guest Saori Ariyoshi at JFA Nadeshiko Hiroba

Coerver Coaching Japan hosted the “JFA Nadeshiko Hiroba” with Japanese Women’s National Team Player and Coerver Coaching Japan Employee, Saori Ariyoshi as the special guest on August 25th, 2015. Saori just returned from being runner-up in the Women’s World Cup in Canada.

1st

“JFA Nadeshiko Hiroba” is an occasion that any females, from children to girls, to the mothers and grandmothers, are able to to casually enjoy the game of soccer. It is run by organizations and facilities that are approved by the JFA.

Fortunately, the weather was wonderful and a total of 48 girls (24; U-9 girls & 24; U-12 girls) participated in this event. Everyone was anxious to meet the special guest, but once training started their faces turned serious. Again, many smiles were seen during the fun games and matches.

U9

Both the U-9 and U-12 categories got to challenge the “Scissors” and “Drag Scissors” Coerver Moves, which are Saori’s favorite Coerver Move. She joined the players for the games near the end of the session and helped assist some goals as well!! The players and parents continued to cheer throughout the games as many goals were seen.

At the end of both sessions, Coerver Coaching Japan hosted a Q&A and fan corner for all participants. “How can I shoot better?”, “How can I play well among boys as well?” were only a couple of questions Saori answered thoughtfully. She signed everyone’s game jerseys, shoes and balls for them to bring home as memories.

Finally, Coerver Coaching Japan will like to thank all partipants, JFA Nadeshiko Hiroba and Saori Ariyoshi for making this event a success. Please see below for more pictures.
